when we are on dieting or on weight loss program we prefer to have diet drinks or diet sodas instead of regular sodas or soft drinks but it makes no difference it is something full of sugar and artificial taste makers so remove even diet sodas and drinks from your diet, a research have proven the artificial flavor used in diet sodas are sometimes a main cause of digestive problems, depression, weight gain, cancer and sometimes neurological diseases.

sea foods are best when your are on weight loss program but some of them are in the list of banned foods when you are on dieting so including many more sea animals sword fish is also one who shouldn’t be eaten while weight loss program.

as fruits are very good for our health and same as they are great for weight loss but now a days we found in organic strawberries means strawberries which have been produced by artificial procedure not in the natural way, they contain no advantage for our health oppositely they are harm full for our health specially for the one who is on weight loss.

vegetable soups and Thai chicken soups are great for your diet specially when you are on weight loss, but the one which are branded once and packed in tins or bottles are strictly a big NO for those who want to lose weight. Mayonnaise:
